Grant Management

IGH provides full-time onsite contractor support focused on the full range of post-award grants management functions.  Tasks include developing grant performance evaluation tools and applying those tools to analyze and document granteed performance related to Notices of Funding Availability and Terms and Conditions.  Additional services include the preparation of technical and policy reports which include recommendations for improving grant management protocols, processes, and general administration.  Our team has experience drafting and reviewing correspondence to internal and external stakeholders including grantees and government officials as well as designed and wrote significant sections of an office’s Front End Risk Assessment (FERA).  Protocol development focused on progressive consequences to structure, grant administrators approach to grants management using risk-based assessments.  Finally, onsite staff have written and revised several reports to Congress as well as helped to develop grant-monitoring protocols for desk reviews and grantee site visits.
